Hiraya Dental Group is a dental practice preparing to open in Azusa, California. This notice explains what happens to the information you give us through this website.

What we collect

If you sign up for opening updates, we collect your email address, your first name if you choose to give it, your city if you choose to give it, and the date and time you gave permission along with the page you signed up from.

That is everything. We do not ask for your phone number, your date of birth, your insurance details, or anything about your dental health, and there is nowhere on this form to tell us about a dental problem. Please do not send us health information through this website.

Why we collect it

To email you confirmed details about our opening: when we open, what we offer, and how to reach us. That is the only reason. We will not use your email for anything else.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information. We do not share it for advertising.

The list is held in our own company mailbox. We do not pass it to anyone else.

How long we keep it

Until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. If you have not received an email from us in 24 months, we will delete your address.

How to unsubscribe, or ask us to delete your information

Every email we send has an unsubscribe link, and one click is enough.

You can also write to us at hirayadentalgroup@gmail.com and ask us to delete your information, or to tell you what we hold about you. We will do that for anyone who asks, wherever you live. You do not need to give us a reason.

This website does not use advertising cookies, analytics tracking, or third-party trackers. We do not use a cookie banner because we do not set the kind of cookies that need one.

If that changes, we will update this notice before it changes.
