Hiraya Dental Group is a comprehensive dental practice for individuals and families in Azusa, preparing to open. We will provide preventive, restorative, emergency and cosmetic care, led by Dr. Hykal R. Khosravibabadi.

We do not publish a price list. Every mouth is different, so we will look at yours, explain your options, and tell you what treatment costs before anything begins.

  • Porcelain veneers

    A consultation first. We will look at your teeth, explain what veneers can and cannot do for them, and give you a straight answer.

  • Crowns and bridges

    Crowns to rebuild a tooth that is damaged or worn, and bridges to fill the gap where a tooth is missing.

  • Teeth whitening

    In-office whitening and take-home whitening. Results vary from person to person, so we will tell you what to expect for your teeth rather than promise you a shade.

  • Clear aligners

    Clear aligner treatment begins with a consultation to see whether it suits your teeth.

  • General dentistry

    Exams, cleanings and composite fillings. The routine care that keeps a mouth healthy and catches problems while they are still small.

  • Family dentistry

    Care for the whole household, including children from around age 3. Whether a young child is ready depends on how comfortable they are on the day and what their teeth need.

  • Root canal treatment

    Treatment for a tooth whose nerve has become infected or damaged. The aim is to keep the tooth rather than remove it.

  • Tooth extractions

    Removing a tooth when it cannot be saved or is causing problems, including surgical extractions and impacted wisdom teeth.

  • Gum treatment

    Deep cleaning, scaling and root planing, and ongoing gum maintenance for the gums and bone that hold your teeth in place.

  • Emergency dentistry

    Toothache, swelling, a broken or fractured tooth, a lost or broken filling or crown. Call us during opening hours and we will prioritize a same-day appointment whenever possible.

  • Dentures

    Full and partial dentures to replace missing teeth.

What are your opening hours?

Tuesday and Thursday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM; 1st, 3rd and 5th Wednesdays; and 2nd and 4th Saturdays, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Do you see children?

Yes. We see children from around age 3. Whether a young child is ready depends on how comfortable they are on the day and what their teeth need.

Do you take my insurance?

Dr. Khosravibabadi is in network with Delta Dental PPO. We do not accept Medi-Cal or HMO dental plans. With other dental plans we are currently out of network: credentialing is in progress, participation dates are not guaranteed, and any out-of-network benefits depend on your individual policy. We will update this page as plans are confirmed.

Do you handle dental emergencies?

Yes, during opening hours. Call us with a toothache, swelling, a broken tooth, or a lost filling or crown, and we will prioritize a same-day appointment whenever possible.
